When Mitsubishi announced a few years back that they would be replacing the Evo’s power plant with a new engine, the tuning community gasped.  The 4G63 had been successful in everything it was thrown into.  In drag racing the 4G63 just flat out killed it and in road racing the Evo 6, 6.5, 7, 8, and 9 were monsters.  After a few years of tuning and testing, the 4B11 has lived up to the hype and has started building legendary myths around the world of it’s own.
